Have you asked yourself, “Why am I suffering?”

Queen, stay Encouraged! Stay In-Courage! The butterfly must go through a metamorphosis….a period of transition and transformation. Do not give up now. To Reign as Queen, God must renew, rebuild, and restore you from the inside out before He releases you into the Reign!!! TRUST GOD! Queen, know that Whom God will use greatly, will be first greatly wounded. Your transition and breakdowns are a part of the process of greatness. Queen, the Rabbi has prepared you for this very test! Like Sheryl Brady says in the videos below, “Your Answer is Within You!”

Queen Decree: Divine Restoration is taking place. The good which the locusts of lack have eaten is being divinely restored. The divine law of balance and equilibrium is doing its perfect work. I am well able to overcome, let us go up at once and possess our Promised land!

If you enter into my son’s room, you will be greeted by larger than life size posters of  the wrestling superstar”The ROCK.” The ROCK has returned to wrestling and has a whole new collection of catchy phrases and mantras. To me, none of his new phrases carry the weight of the phrase he made famous back in the 90′s: “KNOW YOUR ROLE.” The ROCK would stand on the top of the ropes and posture and pose, and tell his opponent to “KNOW YOUR ROLE.” In essence, he telling his opponent that The ROCK was the champion and came to win and if he was The Champion and Winner, then the opposition needed to adhere to the role he was to play.

In three little words, the ROCK expressed the essence of our Queen Move for this week.  The Bible says that you and I are “Fearfully and Wonderfully Made” and that we are “Called According to God’s Purposes.”As we build our entrepreneurial empires, we Queens have a role to play and it is critical that we understand our roles and our “Calling to Reign–To Serve, To Lead and To Impact the World.” If you missed the 3 Part Webinar Series, “Called to Reign as Queen”, you can still watch the replays by registering by clicking the link for CALLED TO REIGN.

QUEEN MOVE: KNOW YOUR ROLE.

As a leadership coach to executives (Queen Executive Officers (TM)) and entrepreneurs (Queenpreneurs (TM)), I am always looking for leadership models to help strengthen my clients ability to serve their Great Purposes, Lead Others to God and Greatness and Impact the World in a Great Way.  The other day, I read a new book by one of my favorite authors Marcus Buckingham, Standout. In his new book, he builds upon his original book Now, Discover Your Strengths. The premise of the first book is that you need to discover your strengths and then build your strengths rather than trying to build your weaknesses.  That premise alone, can save you years of struggle if you apply that to the context of your business or ministry.  For example, let’s say, one of your strengths is generating ideas but your weakness is attention to detail.  If you apply this concept to your business, you would create a business model that allows you to spend most of your time capitalizing on your Majestic Essence (your strengths) of generating ideas, creating content, and speaking and find ways to delegate the things that fall out of your Majestic Essence, like designing your newsletter or making updates in Quickbooks. (QUEEN MOVE: KNOW YOUR MAJESTIC ESSENCE!)

In his new book, Marcus Buckingham identifies nine possible strength roles that our combination of strengths will give us an edge, or in the language of Queens, allow us to Reign.  As Queens, we are called to be set apart, to be leaders, to be the best of the best…or in Marcus’ terminology, to Standout.  As is my custom, I like to take frameworks and translate them to a language that will resonate with you, Queen. (So Marcus, I’m taking some liberties with your framework to make it applicable to my cadre of Queens.) I will put the name of the role Marcus has identified in parenthesis, for example. Advising Queen (Advisor). In the chart below, I synthesized the book…of course, it is just a teaser. The real value is in reading the book and taking the assessment, but for our purposes of applying new leadership models to our entrepreneurial empire building journeys, here is a snapshot. The column labeled Queen is my translation of the Nine Strength Roles that Marcus identifies in the column labeled Role. The column labeled Question is the leading question that helps to identify which of the Nine Strength Roles is your leading role. For example, if you are an Advising Queen (Advisor), when you begin an assignment or project, your leading question will be, “What is the best thing to do?” The last column is an example of a recommendation I would make to you to reign or to increase your performance.



From the chart above, can you determine which are your 2 Primary Queen Roles? As The ROCK says, it is important to “KNOW YOUR ROLE.” In the comments below, share with the Queens what are your Two Queen Roles.

As I’ve worked with leaders, executives and entrepreneurs over the last 15 years, I have found that all of my strategic planning and business development tactics are for not…if this ONE THING is missing.

I bet you think you know the ONE THING…especially because every where you turn, everyone has a ONE THING solution for  you.

And here I am saying, I’ve identified the ONE THING.

Some of you will want to know, How long has this ONE THING been around? Or how have I discovered this ONE THING? AND if it is so important, ‘How come no one else is proclaiming this ONE THING?’.

So let me answer those questions.

1. This ONE THING has been around for quite some time…it is actually an ancient truth that is often overlooked…because it is not something tangible you can see or measure.

2. This ONE THING has gone under the radar because its in black and white and in everyone’s home, just not opened a lot for a whole host of reasons.

3. This ONE THING is proclaimed by many, but in different circles. The connection of this ONE THING has not been translated over into the business development and strategy arena because it doesn’t lend itself to a fancy chart or diagram.

This ONE THING that is so needed for you and me to be successful in the development, growth and expansion of our entrepreneurial empires is the Divine Connection between Identity and Destiny.

Before Jesus was about to launch out to accomplish his mission to build and expand His empire and the Reign of God, He had a very intimate conversation with His Father.  It is an intimate conversation that we all need to have  before we venture out on our own entrepreneurial empire journeys.

Before Jesus every conducted one interview, spoke at one seminar, healed one blind person, or built one social network, He got crystal clear on his identity.  Jesus began to fulfill his destiny because he understood his identity. The blueprint of your destiny is embedded in your understanding of your identity.  What you one day will become and accomplish is linked to what you believe about who and what you are. You will rise to the level of your identity.

Before Jesus began to fulfill his destiny he was affirmed by God. “This is My Beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Queen, God desires to do the same for you. God desires to affirm you so that you have the anointing and authority you need to fulfill the Majestic Assignment He has appointed you to accomplish. I can give you strategies, systems and structures that will help you grow your entrepreneurial empire, but without a strong identity you will not implement them. And when challenges, chaos, or criticism come your way you will retreat.

It’s a New Year! And the hope, joy and promise of the year before us is exciting.  The decree that I believe for each of you is: The Queen That I AM Shall Reign in 2012. Everything that we do in Queenpreneur.com will be around that one theme: Reigning. We begin today, what will become our signature feature: The Queen Move. Over the next 52 weeks we will explore what is THE QUEEN MOVE (TM)  for this week. The Queen Move will highlight one of the 7 Crowns to Build Your Entrepreneurial Empire.

The Queen Move: Strengthen the Queen Within

This week’s Queen Move is a Sovereignty Crown principle.  As I was doing a daily study of the scriptures, I read the following passage in the well known Bible story about Gideon. Gideon had just won several very strategic and miraculous battles by implementing God’s guidance. He had declared victory and must address the leaders of the opposition. He tells his firstborn son, “Rise, kill them!” But the youth would not draw his sword; for he was afraid, because he was still a youth.” The response of one of the leaders of the opposition was, “Rise yourself, and kill us: FOR AS A MAN IS, SO IS HIS STRENGTH.”

WOW!!!! Right there in black and white….the secret to our strength and success or lack of strength and success. FOR AS A MAN IS, SO IS HIS STRENGTH!

Many of you are celebrating some recent strategic and miraculous victories and are celebrating as you go into the New Year.  However, you must be sure to address the opposition from the past year. It is Great to declare Victory, but we also must put to rest and  kill the memory and resentment of the opposition. If not, we will carry it into next year.

Some of you are celebrating because, even though the prior year was full of challenges, you still have faith, hope and love for the your HIGH CALLING AS QUEEN.  Although you may not feel the victory warrants a celebration—CELEBRATE because, as my mother would say, “That which does not kill you, will make you stronger.”Spend some time looking for how the challenges have strengthened you for the road ahead.

And some of you are growing tired and weak from all of your efforts to make your visions come to pass and to grow your businesses and see the results we know you are capable of achieving.  From this scripture we learn that we must strengthen our “IS” and “I AM” statements. For as you are, so is your strength, Queen. Take this time to transition into the New Year by being intentional about renewing your mind.

Here are 3 Steps we each can take to Strengthen the Queen Within.

1. Fast From Negative Thinking–Release negativity, discouragement and resentment.  LET IT GO! One of the first steps to Manifest the Reign and Come Into Royal Position is to release. To Receive, Release!
2. Fast on Sovereign Thoughts–Replace with faith, hope, and love. Grab a sheet of white paper (printer paper is fine). Fold the page into 3 parts or draw three columns. At the top of each column, write the words: Faith, Hope, & Love. Then spend an hour in one seating or over this next week, and answer the following questions: (feel free to expand beyond the questions. Allow them to be a starting point for your reflection)

• Faith: What do I have to faith to believe in 2012?
• Hope: What do I hope for in 2012?
• Love: How will I love in 2012?

3. Renew Your Mind: We renew our minds by being intentional about replacing our negative thoughts with Sovereign and Majestic Thoughts—God’s Thoughts. One of the reasons The Queen That I AM program is so powerful and transformative is because it takes you through a process to identify, remove and replace your thoughts with God thoughts.
