Rachel firmly believes that she has “come into royal position for such a time as this,” from one of her favorite scriptures, Esther 4:14.  An entrepreneur and executive coach, consultant and strategist who has served 1000s of individuals and organizations from conception of the vision to implementing and expanding the vision, as wells as leaders across the entire Federal government, military and corporate world. Rachel feels blessed to be a positive force in the lives of so many and believes deeply in the power of Queens to change the world.

Rachel has rejected the idea that women must be many separate things in order to succeed. She is a business strategist, a leadership coach and a spiritual leader. She has learned that you must be in touch with all parts of yourself to give rise to your queenly power, and to pay homage to the gifts God has bestowed on you.

Rachel has a head for business  and leadership & a heart for transformation and service. An entrepreneur at heart, Rachel has launched several successful businesses.  In her first direct sales ventures, she quickly distinguished herself as a leader and became one of the founding Presidential Ambassadors.  Her experience creating 4 figure monthly passive income, helped her realize that every entrepreneur must create passive income streams in their business models.  As she worked with women in the empowerment space, she realized that many of them were called to be entrepreneurs, but might have lacked one of the components necessary to be a successful entrepreneur: heartset, mindset, handset, and spiritset.  She set out to develop resources to bridge the gap between business as ministry and entrepreneurial success.  As she worked with women who were pregnant with purpose and promise, she realized they lacked strategies, systems, servant-leadership principles or skills to turn their visions into reality.

Servant Leadership in action. Rachel has an unwavering belief in God’s faithfulness and the potential within herself and others.  In high school, although brand new to the school, she delivered a speech to be elected Class President, called, “I am the Chosen One.”  The speech described the type of leader she was. One who walked alongside those she led during the good times, carried them during the bad times, and prepared a way for them to go in the direction of their destiny without her. Rachel’s philosophy of servant leadership is the song of her heart and what most people are attracted to and empowered by.

Rachel has had a vision of greatness for as far back as she can remember. As a little girl, she never dreamed of being a princess only being Queen. She had one dream that would last a lifetime, to be Queen.  As Queen she didn’t just want to change her brother or girlfriends; she wanted to change the world.  One day in middle school she heard a story that would forever change her—The Starfish Thrower. She knew then her purpose was to save all starfish she could and to make a difference in the world on a grand scale.

As Rachel began coaching women, she quickly realized that to have the kind of impact she wanted to have she needed to develop strategies, systems, and models that would build an empire, not merely a practice or a business.  She set out with the end in mind as she developed the concept and vision for Queenpreneur Academy, to train other women to build entrepreneurial empires to impact the world, thus be a Reign-Maker ™
