WHY A PROGRAM ON IDENTITY?
Many may ask why as a business coach do I offer a program called The Queen That I AM. Shouldn’t that be in the section of the internet dedicated to self-improvement, motivation and empowerment.
Yes and No! Self-improvement, self-esteem, mindset and spiritual health must be integrated with your business and ministry development and growth strategies. One without the other will never lead to true prosperity.
Over the years, as I have worked with leaders in the military, government, business and ministry, I have found that I can consult with and provide all of the strategies and tactics needed to create wealth, increase profits, lead change and accomplish missions, but unless a person’s inner wealth and health is also addressed, the successes are either short lived or just beyond the grasp of lasting change.
I’ve found that starting with a woman’s spirit is critical to her success and her ability to be a catalyst of change in the world. Why? A woman’s crown, her identity is her real source of beauty, her strength and her peace. We become who we say we are. Developing an “I AM Consciousness” is a powerful tool to restore the crowns of Queens everywhere.
ROYAL IDENTITY STATEMENTS (TM)
Right after graduating from West Point, I began envisioning my life before me and one day, I wrote down on the top of a piece of paper, The Queen That I am. I began a process of declaring my I am statements. I use to walk around with a deck of cards that had scriptures and quotes that supported my I AM statements and ultimately became my Royal Identity Statements™.
From that day on, some 13 years ago, I have refined my set of Queen that I AM statements or Royal Identity Statements ™ and would like to share them with you as my gift to the world.
